Brent Peppiatt, owner of Examina Inspections, did an inspection on a house I purchased in Gibsons. He was very thorough and he spent a lot of time explaining everything once he completed the work. He also advised me he would be available for questions after the fact if need be. I shared his report with a friend who owned a construction company for 30 years in Vancouver and he said that it was one of the best inspection reports he had ever seen. My wife and I have lived in the Lower Mainland for the last 30 years, so it was really nice to have a Inspector who is familiar with the homes and home ownership issues on the Sunshine Coast.
