They worked with the insurance to fulfill their promise to leave everything as it was before. I was really paranoid they would “stick me with the bill” but they were great at getting the insurance company to pay. I hope to never have to use restoration services but I would call them in a heartbeat if I did.

I’m honestly surprised by all the five-star reviews. I think a lot of it comes down to which project manager you’re assigned.
I experienced a flood, and the initial mitigation team was excellent—fast, communicative, and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.
After mitigation was complete, I waited an entire week to hear from a project manager about the rebuild. During that time, I called and emailed the office daily and was repeatedly told someone would follow up. I even began scheduling with other contractors because I assumed I had been ghosted. I was displaced from my home due to the flood, so the lack of communication during that time was especially stressful.
When I was finally assigned a project manager, there was no clear timeline or explanation of the process. I had to consistently push for updates and meetings. Despite being told multiple times that the goal was to make things “as easy as possible,” the experience was anything but.
The work was originally supposed to be completed on February 26, but I didn’t receive my invoice until 30 days later. Because there was never a proper initial walkthrough or discussion, key details were missed, like ordering the correct parts for my closet. When the closet system was eventually installed, it was done incorrectly and required a return visit to fix it. She even sent me a picture of it installed incorrectly. I couldn't quite tell from the photo, but it looked like the bottom bar was about a foot from the ground. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake or apology.
There were also multiple instances of poor communication and lack of accountability. On one occasion, I was told the team would arrive between 9:00–10:00 a.m., but they showed up at 8:15 a.m. while I was still getting ready, which was alarming. They had access to my home because of the work they were doing. Imagine my surprise when I'm blow drying my hair wearing a towel when three strangers are suddenly walking through the door. When I asked why I wasn’t notified of the earlier arrival, I was told, “I assumed you’d be at work.” A simple heads-up would have solved this. Again, no apology.
A small but noticeable issue with a floor transition strip required three separate requests to fix. I was initially told the problem was due to uneven flooring, despite the fact that it hadn’t been an issue before. It took significant follow-up on my end to have it corrected properly.
At the end of the project, I had to repeatedly request a final walkthrough and invoice. Then, after everything was complete, I was informed that they had “forgotten” to paint my ceilings and asked if I wanted them to come back—to paint over newly installed carpet. At that point, I declined. I didn’t have the capacity to extend an already drawn-out and frustrating process. Everything took 10x longer than it should have. Honestly, if she would have communicated with me what was happening, I wouldn't have been as frustrated, but I was constantly in the dark.
What stood out most throughout this experience was the consistent lack of accountability. Mistakes happen, but at no point were they acknowledged with an apology or any sense of ownership. That, more than anything, made this experience disappointing. I already had to deal with a major gray water flood. This made it worse.
If I were the company, I would seriously consider some communications training for project managers. Because of my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for rebuilds.
