My daughter had an issue with her phone will at college and Alon was so helpful and great to work with. They gave her a loaner phone while they tried to figure out the issue. Super easy to communicate with them and they really helped out our daughter as she was left without a phone the day before traveling to Florida. These guys are extremely knowledgeable too!
I've been to Evo 3 times--when my cell locked up, my son''s laptop cracked and when my desktops memory was full. Each time, the techs were friendly and solved our problems. I'm a boomer, but they never made me feel stupid. They taught me what happened and how to fix it. On my "full" desktop, I asked if they could add memory. I was pleasantly surprised when they found that I had plenty of memory, but everything was saving to one of two drives. They could have easily replaced the memory and charged me, instead they reset it and didnt charge me any more that the initial service fee. I highly recommend Evo Repair.
In this day and age I am absolutely impressed with the pleasant,courteous and knowledgeable treatment I received with the urgent repair of my iPhone screen. I'm not about to lie and leave a review with a great experience. Not only was my phone out for weeks which I was okay with, just get my impprtant stuff and I will get another. When I finally bought a new phone and asked for the old back, I never got the old phone despite me saying my carrier was offering me way more for it. I called and left several messages since I was off from work because my work in a med spa requires ky phone and didn't have time to waste going in as I had to make up time with patients. My experience was about 5 weeks of "miscommunication" and I was probably lucky to get my photos off my old phone on a flash drive. Not to mention they told me they needed my brand phone for 2 to 4 hours to transfer contacts. For some reason my gut said no, my phone carrier did it in 20 min with the flash drive I was given. I would like my old phone back now so I can give it back to my phone carrier for their credit. Couldn't pay me to use this place again. All I know is that suddenly my phone is on and tracking and my debit card from my wallet was used. So I need it back now because too many coincidences. Even better if you save me time and mail it, since my time never seemed to matter.

I bought a used iPad from Evo Repairs and it had an issue with the on off switch. I took it in and they fixed it immediately but then I had a problem with it again after a week or so and I took it back to them. Evan said they would keep it overnight and do what they needed to do with cleaning it several times to make sure it was fixed. It is working great. Evo repairs has great customer service and I highly recommend them.
