Customer service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and polite. The problems with my computer were very intermittent and finicky, but they thoroughly tested it and didn't try to gaslight me like MicroCenter did when they looked at it. The repair took longer than originally quoted, but they communicated with me the entire time and I never had to wonder what they were doing. I would go back if I ever needed repairs again.

I have an older Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I was experiencing problems finding the sweet spot where my charging cord woul connect to charge my phone. I went to EVO in Hamilton. They were honest friendly, professional and fixed a problem I had on my phone for over a year for a very reasonable price. My phone was fixed in less than 20 minutes. I am sold as a customer.

I had cracked my iPad 10th generation screen and called to see if they had any available screens. I was able to bring my iPad in the same day it cracked and it was fixed in less then 24 hours. The service was amazing and they were more than welcoming. Highly recommend!

We have taken our Xbox console in twice to have the HDMI port fixed. These guys are great! They get it in and done so quickly. It took less than 24 hours this last time. And they are always very polite and upbeat when you talk to them. We would definitely recommend EVO Repairs!!
