I have tried so many different modalities for exercise that have resulted in multiple injuries and goal set backs. Evolve has changed my life. I finally have the balance I’ve been looking for. Curt is the best: makes every class entertaining and challenging. Melissa is safety conscious and helps form building blocks for safe exercise, and Shari’s Pilates class is perfection. 100 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend. Zumba is also fun and is a great way to get extra steps!

Evolve was the place that was finally able to make me want to work out! Great staff, especially Curt who will push you to do everything you THINK you can't. I found strength I never knew I had until I took a class with him! Janette, my Zumba guru, has the most infectious personality, always positive, always encouraging and full of the rhythm I hope to eventually find. No matter how uncoordinated I am, I feel great after her class. I have only been attending 3 weeks but I feel so inspired by everyone at Evolve!

I've had four nutrition consultations with Angelica over several months now and the results have been amazing. I had gained a lot of weight suddenly last year and was eating pretty poorly when I found her services. After drowning in a maze of online nutrition advice, I decided to just reach out to her and it was the best decision I could've made. She laid out what I need to be doing based on my goals very clearly, taking away a lot of the anxiety, confusion, and overwhelm I had, and she always gave me detailed notes and action plans that have been easy to follow. Since working with her I've lost over 30 pounds, have seen major improvements on all health metrics, and have a much better understanding of how to make my diet more effective for me. My goals have recently shifted and she was able to tailor my plan to match them, so I'm looking forward to the results I'll get from those as well. If you're on the fence, let this be the sign to book for yourself!

If you are at a company that is looking for Wellness options, I highly recommend Evolve Yoga & Fitness Chicago. Our workplace participated in Evolve's corporate wellness program, which offers live stream options for classes. Each class/webinar was different, so it was nice to have that variety in the program. The instructors were all incredibly passionate about their work, making it fun and enjoyable to participate. Curt Evrard was the one who I worked with for coordinating the program for my team. He responded back to my inquiry very quickly and was positive throughout the entire process. He synced with me 1:1 to go over what their program offered, and from there we were able to collaborate on what my team was looking for. Overall, this team is very professional and Curt was in contact with me every step of the way in the program. Again, would definitely recommend that you check them out!

I was quite skeptical when my wife signed me up for classes (semi-private). How can someone divide attention between male/female participant with different fitness level? How wrong was I. Curt (owner and instructor) has a way to make this work by varying the intensity and reps to tailor class to one's individual needs. Other great points: 1. Impeccably clean studio 2. Super-convenient location 3. Great staff work ethics; Curt is one of the hardest working guys I met in years and yet very humble. His positive energy is contagious. 4. Even with prior back injury we get the exercises tweaked to strengthen the body to avoid injury. 5. There is a kid corner in the studio so if you don't have an excuse to work out because of kids.
