Silvana at the Hoboken Location is the best! She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel so comfortable with the procedures. I told her I wanted to look refreshed and she came up with a plan for fillers and tox. I am so happy with the results. The staff at the Hoboken location are so attentive and really committed to giving the best experience.

Silvana & Scarlin are angels!!! Silvana is a very experienced and amazing injector who will NEVER let you get botched. She’s very real with what you do & don’t need and maps out exactly how to get your desired look. She literally breaks down the reasoning and the muscles for everything!!! Silvana has done my tox and my injectable BBL (which transformed my confidence) and I’m so thankful for her 💕 Scarlin will have you glowing!!!! Literally got a facial with her and then went out that night. My friends couldn’t get over my glow. She knows exactly how to get your skin 10/10

Honestly this is the BEST experience I had. I was always skeptical of getting tox and filler but I knew I was in the right place simply just by the vibe I felt when walking in! The women were so welcoming and thorough. Once I went into the room to speak with Silvana she walked me through each of my concerns, told me different things we could do and then proceeded to tell me what the best steps would be for me to get results and then what steps we should take for my follow up appointment in 3 weeks. I felt safe and I felt heard. I am so far loving my results of my facial balancing and the filler that was added to my cheeks to help lift my face up! I can’t wait to go back for round two. I HIGHLY recommend going , don’t be scared because the ladies are educated!

I rarely ever leave a bad review. Terrible experience. Booked my appointment three weeks in advance, confirmed it three times via their own messages, showed up on the day — and was told the service provider wasn't available. To make matters worse, the staff tried to tell me they had called and spoken to me about the cancellation. That never happened. Don't gaslight your customers. I have no issue with last-minute changes — life happens. But pick up the phone and let your client know. Don't let them travel to your location for nothing. The receptionist's response was a half-hearted "I do apologise" with no real attempt to fix anything. Won't be returning. Poor communication, poor accountability, poor customer service.

Great experience!! This was my first time getting lip filler or any form of injections and she was so nice and comforting! she walked me through the process and helped figure out what I wanted. I wanted to keep it as natural as possible just make my upper lip noticeable and she did just that! Ended up doing filler and a flip to really give me the results I want and I love it so far!
