I’ll admit it,I thought solar panels were the only thing we’d be doing. Then one project turned into replacing the roof, updating the fascia, and repainting the exterior. It was definitely more than we planned, but the house looks twenty years newer now. Sometimes you don’t realize how tired something looks until it’s refreshed.

We have a large roof with several different sections, so I expected the project to take longer than it did. After the old roof was removed, they replaced a few damaged sheets of plywood, installed new synthetic underlayment, and upgraded the attic ventilation before the new architectural shingles went on. It was a major investment, but seeing everything rebuilt the right way made it well worth it.

I got such a runaround from so many different companies that I didn’t know what to do. Ross Air came in, spoke plainly and cut all the annoying, aggressive sales talk. Having learnt a lot about HVAC over the week I was without AC, I understood where they were coming from, what they stood for, and why I could trust them. Their techs were friendly and polite and tidied up after themselves and I have some great new equipment with some great warranties.

Golden Heights replaced the roof at our Hayward home. The workers arrived on May 11, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and they finished installing a new roof and gutters on May 12 at 5:00 p.m. They are very efficient and they cleaned up all the debris.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ross Air just finished ductwork improvements at my house and did a great job. What stood out to me was that they really understood airflow and how to make the AC system work better, not just install ducts and leave. They took the time to look at the whole system, explain what they found, and recommend solutions that actually made sense. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and paid attention to the details. Since the work was completed, the airflow throughout the house feels much more balanced and the rooms are noticeably more comfortable. It’s hard to find HVAC companies that truly understand their trade, but these guys clearly do. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Ross Air to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.

My estimate for a Trane unit was 5k cheaper than the other 4 estimates.Even checked out the model # on unit to make sure wasnt old discontinued model. Everything was as promised and hassle free. Ross Air did a great job redoing all the HVAC ductwork in my house. The technician was very professional, easy to work with, and kept me informed the whole time. He explained any changes that had to be made from the original scope, which I really appreciated. When everything was done, they cleaned up really well and left the place looking great.
