We recently had Everything Dough cater a 20 person engagement party for our daughter on a private island off the coast of Connecticut. Alexandra created a perfect menu for us and Edgar ran a Mixology class for the entertainment of our guests. The logistics of throwing a party on an island are complicated, and Alexandra and Edgar more than rose to the challenge. My guests are still talking about how delicious the pizza was and how much fun was had. Our heartfelt thanks to Alexandra and Edgar for making my vision for this party a reality! We highly recommend this local small business.

We had such an amazing experience with Alexandra! We surprised my mom for her birthday with a private chef experience in her own kitchen, and it was such a fun and memorable evening. We made homemade pizzas and dessert together, enjoyed delicious food, and had so many laughs as a family. Alexandra was wonderful — warm, professional, and so much fun to work with. We chose Everything Dough for a team-building activity, and it was the perfect choice! Alexandra was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful. She truly thought of every little detail to make the experience fun, engaging, and enjoyable from start to finish. The best part, of course, was tasting the delicious pizzas and brownies! My friends and I had a great private class with Alexandra! She welcomed us into a professional kitchen and guided us step-by-step in how to make our own Neapolitan pizzas. I really appreciated her detailed explanations and patient guidance - we had people with very different cooking abilities in the class and all enjoyed it. The class was hands-on: we did everything from making yeasted dough through turning our pizzas in the professional ovens. The end result of course was delicious, and my gluten-free friend said hers was the best GF pizza she ever had. Highly recommended!

We had so much fun at pizza class--we made the MOST delicious pizza, fresh out of the oven--and learned so much, from how to make the perfect dough, to the simplest, quality ingredients making the best pizza. We had so much fun at the pizza making class last night. Alexandra and Edgar were excellent hosts, fun and patient teachers (and they played great music). At the end of the class, we ate the pizzas we made and they were great! And, the brownies? Best ever. A easy and fun atmosphere, a party in the end. And easy parking, too. Thank you Alexandra and Edgar for a fun and delicious evening. This would be great for family get-together or a party with friends.

I had a great experience with Everything Dough. From the initial contact to the end, they have been very responsive and flexible with the different changes I had to make. They hosted a pizza party for my 8 year old daughter and her friends at my home. The party was seemless. The kids had a blast!!! Vita and her assistant were warm, friendly, professional, and worked extremely well with the kids. And best of all the pizza was yummy!
