Thank you so much, Tam! We appreciate you taking the time to leave such kind words about our store!
Everything birds is a one of a kind place, very friendly people, recognize faces of people who come in prior, are more than willing to answer any kind of question you have. I had a 3 month old cockatiel that had a sudden passing the first of January, i had only had him about a month, and from people i had talked to (i didnt want to send him in for a biopsy as i didnt feel right about him getting disected) it seemed to just be more of a negligence in breeding or just something that happens. Whatever the case may be I was still determined on my bird journey! My fiance and I ended up getting a green cheek- yellow sided conure. The conure isnt full weaned currenly, but the owner, Kirsten-feed about four baby birds in front of my fiance and I, was open to questions and encouraged us to be more hands on with the process so were more familiar. I may be no bird expert, but this place really blew my mind, such an amazing place that also offers grooming of birds on select days- as well as a a crazy amount of toys, cages and perches for all your bird needs. This store is truly awesome.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re sorry your cockatiel from the other store passed. We are happy to help you with anything!
I love coming here. All in one stop for my feather babies. We love Loren he is so great with nail and wing cutting. Very gentle. Two of my parakeets love the spray he does on their wings they sing and fluff up the whole way home. Happy holidays from my flock to yours!

We very much appreciate the glowing review, Glenn!
“I brought my macaws to see Loren the groomer, and he was absolutely wonderful with them. He was so sweet and stayed calm the entire time, which really helped them relax. I was hesitant about trimming their beaks, but the results were a complete transformation. It’s a long drive for me, but it was truly worth it. He even filed their nails instead of cutting them—no bleeding at all. I highly recommend Loren!”

Coleen, thank you for making the drive to come see us, and for your praise of everyone’s favorite groomer!
I bought this blue crown conure, Ray, 6 years ago at Everything Birds. Normal lifespan is 35 to 40 years but he died recently at 6 years. We hoped medical care and food formula would get him to remission, but he wasted away as is often the case with bornavirus. Research on PDD suggests birds are either infected at birth or catch the virus through boarding or grooming. Ray was the life of the party in our home so the silence now is stark. Everything Birds expressed their sympathies and assured us they have taken this incident seriously. They appear to be working hard to prevent future transmissions of this dreadful disease. In addition, they have offered to help us financially and professionally find another bird when we feel ready, and assist with testing as necessary to mitigate against acquiring another bird positive with bornavirus. If this works out, I will happily offer a five-star rating. Getting another bird will not replace Ray but it helps a lot, and demonstrates Management's understanding that a bird is not a new watch or a shiny new car. Rather, it's a long-term emotional investment and a loveable addition to a family. So far they seem to be genuinely concerned and willing to do whatever they can to help put this sad episode behind us.
