I recently hired Evergreen Outdoor Services to repair my front lawn, which included core aeration and patching several thinning areas with Raleigh St. Augustine sod. I couldn't be happier with the results! The new sod is thriving, thick, and beautifully green. While the service was performed in early April, I waited to complete this review to be certain of the results. So worth the wait!
From the beginning, their communication was highly professional, friendly, and refreshing. When we walked the property to discuss options, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and then made honest recommendations based on what my lawn actually needed, rather than pushing the most expensive services. It's rare to find a company that prioritizes the client's best interests over upselling, and that integrity stood out to me. They also provided me with detailed after care instructions that I am certain further ensured the lush results.

My grass was under stress and my current provider could not explain what was going so I called Evergreen and they came out and did a soil test and came back withe the results and a recommendation to solve the problem long term. So far it has really helped. See pictures of before and after services from Evergreen.
They are continuing to execute the plan for healthier grass and improve the soil condition.

We contacted Evergreen for a yard cleanup on a home we recently had renovated. The yard was in very very bad shape and needed a complete makeover, including tree work, flower beds etc. .
They did a phenomenal job getting the property back in order. They worked long hours to make sure things were done right and made sure the results were done as wished. We would use them again if needed.

Had a really good experience with Evergreen Outdoor Services. We had an old stump in the yard that had been bothering us for a while, and they came out and took care of it with no issues. They removed the stump, cleaned up all the debris afterward, and left the area nice and smooth for sod installation later on.
The whole process was easy from start to finish, and everyone was great to work with. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Great customer service!! They are punctual, easy to work with, and very attentive. The owner, Jorge, has an eye for detail. The flower beds look beautiful!
Update, they have come back this season to do some more work on the yard. Last seson they did awesome work and I had them back for some more work I needed. We repaired my lawn on some thin spots with sod and Jorge kept in communication with me.
Highly recommend!

This review is for service I received on Feb.19,2026
I paid $2,600 for a small garden bed reduction, sod installation, shrub removal (2) and stone pathway (10 stones). In that price included a $700 sprinkler allocation. While the two crew members worked hard and their female office staff member was responsive via text, the overall experience did not reflect the price charged.
The sales team promised to check in during the job, they never came. Because of this I had to stop the crew myself when the work wasn't being done as discussed. The job leader was rarely present and when I had questions the crew had to call someone else for answers.
When the job was winding down the crew leader made no mention of the sprinkler work and appeared ready to leave without addressing it. I had to inform him that one of the sprinklers was broken. He replaced one cap but did not move any sprinkler heads or attempt to reprogram the system. The crew then left without a walkthrough or any communication.
The company called to ask if the work looked good. I informed them the crew had left without completing the sprinkler work. I was told they would send someone back, only to receive another call shortly after saying the job leader claimed he had already handled it. The sprinkler system was never programmed by the company. I had to figure it out myself with help from my neighbor.
For $2,600 I expected the oversight, communication, and follow-through that was promised during the sales process. Future customers should get specific commitments in writing and confirm all work is fully completed before the crew leaves.
I want to note this review is being posted several months after the work was completed. I delayed because I was frustrated and felt dismissed by the experience. However I want other customers in my neighborhood to have accurate information before hiring

After completion, we followed up regarding the work performed and any remaining concerns. We always ask that any concerns be shared as soon as possible so they can be reviewed properly while the details are still current.
If there is a specific item you believe was missed or not completed according to the agreed scope, please send it over and we will review it accordingly.
We also understand your feedback regarding communication and final walkthrough expectations. As part of our standard closeout process, our crew completes a final quality check before leaving, and completed work is documented with project photos. We take all feedback seriously, hold ourselves to a high standard, and will continue using it to improve our process.

Best Landscaping Company - Professional, friendly and well priced!
I went with this company initially due to the positive reviews and we are very happy we did. We needed quite a bit of new sod and top soil. We also had some irrigation system repairs.
The team was very thorough with their assessments and answered all of the questions we had. The estimates were extremely well priced! The work was done very professionally and accurately. We had to dig up a freshly mulched bed for the irrigation system repair and they put everything back together to the point you couldn't even notice anyone had touched. Everyone was also very kind and polite!
We will definitely being using them for all of our landscaping needs in the future!

I was referred to Evergreen Outdoor Services after purchasing a tree at Warren’s Nursery. From the first contact Jorge made the process simple. We discussed price, pick up of the tree, the delivery date plus I sent photos of the planting location.
Communication was clear. Jorge and Jeffery contacted me prior to the delivery time and arrived promptly.
They told me about their planting procedures including fertilizers. The guys were happy to re-situate the tree multiple times. They were eager to answer all my questions. Told me how to proceed in keeping my new tree healthy and well watered.After the planting, my gardens were just as neat as before the digging began.
I also discussed with them the need to re landscape my front yard. These men are very knowledgeable about plants, trees and shrubs. But I what appreciated most was how they really heard what my needs and landscaping goals are. I look forward to having them back. I couldn’t ask for better.

Very happy with the work carried out by Evergreen Outdoor Services. We had double rock borders installed around several beds in our front yard. These beds were filled with soil and topped with cedar mulch. There was also a mound of soil and stump grindings left by another company after removing a tree - Evergreen removed all of this and a lot of remaining roots of said tree. New sod was laid where necessary. Although I opted to plant up the beds myself, Evergreen was happy to plant a tree and several shrubs on my request. I found the whole Evergreen team easy to work with and immediately answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Evergreen Outdoor Services.
