With the recent windstorm that brought around 68mph winds, our roof, like many others, had wind damaage. Flipped up around 1-2 rows of shingles that were installed incorrectly years back. Evergreen Exteriors sent out somebody to come out and investigate/provide and estimate, found the damage and took the time to nail down the shingles again, and didn't charge us a dime. They took pictures though and sent them to us, as well sent us an estimate for our insurance adjuster in case we met our deductible for a new roof. Professional, prompt, communicative, and fair. Great company right out the gate. GO WITH THEM!!

Working with Evergreen has been a great experience! Our small HOA of 10 condos selected Evergreen from 3 quotes, and they have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and skilled through the whole process. According to an HOA member who’s an architect, they “do everything the right way” from a technical perspective (based on thorough video footage) and their customer service has been excellent, promptly addressing any issues or inconveniences that came up during the project. Definitely recommend!

We had our roof replaced in January. The Evergreen team did a great job despite the cold weather. They had the project completed in 3 days with no problems. The new roof has held up to a couple rainstorms since then, no leaks or problems with the new shingles. A good job done, all in all.

Great communication through the entire process! From pitch to final walk through, all Evergreen Exterior team members were on the same page and were very transparent about the logistics. Unlike other companies, they were not pushy during their estimate period and allowed for adequate decision making time. Based on our budget they offered three options and were able to find the perfect middle ground. At the conclusion of their work, all fencing that touched the house was replaced exactly as it was (including gates) and our yard was returned to near perfect. We highly recommend Evergreen Exteriors to anyone looking to support a quality, locally owned company who produces a high level of craftsmanship.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our home turned out after having the siding replaced! Richard was very personable, helpful, and patient. Evergreen exteriors did a great job on our siding project. We had new siding put on our house, and Evergreen executed the project very well. The siding we chose was a bit unique and required some technical consideration, and Tanner was great at providing advice along the way. They also had a crew install beautiful tongue and groove wood under our deck/covered patio and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was in communication with Richard of Evergreen to set up a siding upgrade for my house in Nampa, and he could not have made the process easier! We had to coordinate with an abatement specialist to remove old asbestos cement siding and it was smooth as silk getting everything lined up in no time flat. Very nice, polite, punctual and detail-oriented. Will definitely keep y'all in mind when we need more work down the road!

I called Evergreen after reading about them on Yelp, looking for gutter cleaners. Richard picked up the phone and offered to give me some recommendations, since gutter cleaning is not something they do. Once we got to chatting I asked them to come out to inspect the roof. Richard proposed a time same day and offered to blow out the gutters while he was up there for no charge. He called me when they were about 30 minutes out and arrived promptly as promised with his colleague Lake.
They did a thorough inspection of the roof, blew out the gutters, and then blew the leafs out cleaning the ground. They took pictures of the roof and the gutters, and showed me the condition of everything. They also took a look at the siding and the windows.
As it turned out, the roof is in a good condition, as is much of the rest of the siding and windows. But what I appreciated the most is their honesty and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. When I offered to pay something for them blowing out the gutters - as they literally saved me $200 for a cleaning service - they politely refused and accepted only a glass of water.
Over the past year we have been doing a lot of work on our house and as a result have had to deal with a number of vendors, contractors and service providers. Thankfully, most of them have been quite good, while some not so much. However, I’ve learned that honesty and trustworthiness are perhaps the most important qualities in any service specialist, especially when what they end up recommending is against self interest - such as when no service is required.
In conclusion, these guys are now my regular go-to for anything related to Roof, Siding, and Windows, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who asks. They were professional, clearly knowledgeable, and displayed true integrity. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!!
