This situation serves as a warning to be cautious and to act quickly by seeking reliable help if similar problems arise.

Theo has helped myself recently to get a mortgage. He is highly professional, super efficient and helpful. I had to meet a deadline and was very anxious as I needed progress quickly. Honestly, I am so glad he was recommended to myself by a friend. I would not hesitate to use him again, for sure.
