2026 UPDATE: I've used Everest in the past and they replaced my entire HVAC 2 years ago. Last night, my AC stopped working so I called and, unexpectedly, my call was answered by a live person around 930p (she was great - kind and helpful) who got me on the "emergency call out" list for this morning. Steven said he'd be here by 9a ... arrived at 9a ON THE DOT, diagnosed my issue (old breaker needs replacing - their installed unit is working just fine) and, once again, he answered my still-curious, now-6-year old's questions about what was going on. (He was so patient and informative with him ... Again!!) He charged only the call out fee, not a penny more even as he got things running for me temporarily while I get an electrician out for the breaker. Seriously can't recommend this company more. They've been in my home multiple times, charge a fair price, and solved the issues the first time. Worth every penny for the professionalism, peace of mind, and excellent customer service.

My plumbing issue was one of urgency. Upon calling Everest Saturday morning, Martin showed up to my house within a few hours after finishing another job. He asked good questions to understand the issue and was diligent in resolving it. I got the feeling that good enough was not good enough!
