The technician handled the tune-up efficiently and took the time to walk me through ways to make the garage door operate more smoothly and quietly. I asked about upgrading the rollers, and he had them replaced in less than 20 minutes. He also identified a wiring issue near the optical sensor that I had been ignoring. He corrected that problem during the tune-up. No pressure, no upselling—just great service and solid results. Highly recommend!
