I did a First Aid course recently and it was actually really fun as well as informative. Nicole was great at explaining things clearly and kept the session engaging the whole way through. It never felt boring and the practical parts really helped everything sink in. I’d definitely recommend the course, especially with Nicole delivering it.

I was a little worried about the breaking of ribs when do CPR but after David explain the importance of CPR and if a rib or 2 was broken it is worth the effort as they wont recover on there own. I know feel if I had to perform Chest compressions I would know what I am doing as I was surprised how deep we have to push down (5-6cm)
