This shop is thorough, honest, & affordable. I was quoted $8–10k for a full clutch replacement elsewhere, but EurAuto fixed only what was necessary (master cylinder) for about 1/5 of the cost. Their experience really shows bc their tech even noticed a broken brake reservoir cap just by hearing air escaping when hitting the brakes… it makes me wonder what else my original shop missed! I highly recommend y’all check out EurAuto if you wanna save $$$!

Situations like that are exactly why we take the time to diagnose things properly before recommending major repairs. A full clutch job is a big call, so making sure it’s actually needed matters. Glad we were able to narrow it down to the master cylinder and save you a lot in the process.

2023 Audi a5 sport back 45 - full 50k transmission service So far I really do have to say it's been one of the better experiences. There's at no point in time so far been any problem or complaint. I'm really appreciative of how knowledgeable your techs are. And connected as well. They discovered that my car has a recall on it so Audi will be doing further work - in warranty - which, that repair alone was going to cost hundreds. (Can't thank them enough for this) to then be referred to Adrian at Audi Plano, a friend of mine I get service work done with whenever I'm at Audi, so clearly your team is well informed and connected. I was treated well to complementary rides, and even though the job took slightly longer than expected it was completely offset by the attention to detail your team took making sure I had transportation to and from work. All and all. Work looks to have been done with quality and attention to detail. I was taken care of to a T. AND I feel happy having paid a reasonable price - Audi would literally have killed my pocket for that same service at well over $15-1600. Where here I came out a cool $800 for transmission service + oil service + the anti microbial cabin air filter. Which is actually unbelievable. I've directly recommended this shop to a friend of mine already who drives the same year, same model Audi. And would recommend the same to anyone else! 10/10 without breaking a sweat

That’s exactly how we approach it. Take the time to look everything over, make sure nothing gets missed, and help you make the best call for your car. Catching that recall and getting you pointed in the right direction is a perfect example of that. No reason for you to pay out of pocket for something Audi should handle.

We’re also glad the rides and communication helped make things easier, especially with the timing running a little longer. We know your schedule doesn’t stop just because your car is in the shop.

Fair pricing, which is HUGE. They are nice, talk to you like you’re a person not a paycheck. They were recommended to me and I believe they are as good as the recommender made them out to be. Hoping to never need them again but if I do they’ll be the first ones we turn to.

I took my Audi to EurAuto after the dealership failed to find a leak. In March 2025, I spent $4,800 on an oil separator, motor mounts, and control arms. Despite this, my oil light came on three times over the following months. I returned in November, spent another $6,000 for further leaks and repairs, and was told the car was finally 100% healthy. On Jan 17, 2026, my car went into "Limp Mode" on the highway. A different mechanic opened the hood and found the engine bay covered in burnt oil because EurAuto failed to replace the oil cap. They found the cap nestled behind the engine block. After keeping my car for a week to "ensure the leak was fixed," they missed the most basic step in auto care. Extreme negligence that could have destroyed my engine.

I hired EurAuto for a pre‑purchase inspection on a car I was considering from out of state, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Their mechanical review was extremely thorough—checking for codes, verifying every feature, and inspecting brakes, tires, suspension, and more. They uncovered major rodent damage to the wiring, which would have led to expensive repairs. They also offered an optional cosmetic inspection, but once the wiring issue was found, they advised against continuing, saving me money and showing real integrity. A special thank‑you to Shark, who patiently walked me through the report and answered all my questions. Their professionalism and honesty saved me from a costly mistake.
