Our tech Chris was very professional and friendly. He cleaned our gas fireplace very thoroughly. He also gave us recommendations for starting up for the winter season. We are very happy with Euliss and their services!

I really appreciate Euliss Heating & Cooling!! They take care of all my needs, covering not only heating & cooling, but my tankless water heater! We had our propane tank installed 6 months ago. I have several interactions with the folks at Euliss for various reasons since then, and am pleased each time at their responsiveness. Euliss has been very efficient in helping me with the installation of propane gas. This is my first time for ever using a gas appliance and gas logs. So, they have been extra nice in explaining how everything is done. The two guys, Blake and Caleb, who came out to do the installation are excellent in their field. They ran into a few snags, none of their own doing, but were able to take care of it themselves or gave me the company’s name who could take care of the snag! The snag was nothing major, chimney just needed to be cleaned and they aren’t chimney sweeps. Also, I won’t to thank Seth for helping me through this process. He has been wonder stepping me through. Today, John and Chris came out to finish the job of installing my gas logs and booking my range up to the propane. These two men did an awesome job. They are very professional, informative and friendly. Chris did a great job at explaining how to use my gas logs and John explained everything about my range equally as well. Chris also explained things to me as far as the propane tank as well. I could not be more pleased with their work. I bought my logs from Euliss, and they are beautiful and just the right fit and look to my fireplace. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Euliss Propane has given us excellent service as we have switched from another provider. The company has local customer service staff available to answer questions and help with any problems that might arise. We left a company that had no local customer service and only provided a telephone number to an off shore site. Euliss has much better rates for propane and service. I am well please with their service.

After receiving yet another outrageous bill from Amerigas, I reached out to a local provider, Euliss Propane, to discuss their services. At that point, after five months, I had repeatedly attempted with no real success to contact Amerigas to remove their tank and cancel me as a customer. To tell the number of horror stories of poor service from Amerigas would take pages and pages so I will leave it at that.
Euliss, was prompt, available and willing to provide propane to my family residence with the professionalism and no hidden fees. I highly recommend their services if you have propane needs.
