My Heat pump compressor failed this past week in 90+ degree heat. Ethridge Heating and Air, responded quickly to our situation. My Service Professional , Mike Painter had our problem resolved within 3 hours of acquiring the new compressor. He was extremely professional and proficient. I could not ask for a better experience from an HVAC Company. Thank you to Mike Painter, Service Professional, Jeff Hyche, Service Manager, and John Morris, Owner, for taking care of our situation promptly and efficiently!

Responded very quickly. Reasonable. Quickly assessed the issue. I was so glad to see that Ethridge added Plumbing service. I have used them for years and they have provided excellent HVAC service at a reasonable price. I have been burned by plumbers in the past but I was very pleased at the excellent plumbing job Ethridge did today at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend. I now have a plumber I can trust.
