She took her time to guide us through everything and made the process feel a lot less overwhelming. Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out. We were fortunate that the memorial place down the road was closed because we had an excellent experience today. The other monument store advertised open 7 days a week and when we arrived, the door said "Sundays by appt only". Totally disappointed. We went down the road to Eternal. We had an excellent experience. The owner worked with us. He was patient and helped us understand our options re traditional options for our mom's headstone. Pricing was clear and understandable. Books were supplied as well as digital formats to help guide our choice. Don't hesitate to come here. This time was difficult and our experience was 5 star, even with some recommendations about some family situation.

Eternal Memorials was recommended to me by Star of David when my mom died. From the minute I walked into their shop until after my mom's stone was placed, everyone I dealt with at Eternal was professional and humane. They worked w me patiently to make sure everything, down to the placement of each comma, was right and the way I wanted it. Timely, responsive, reasonably priced, helpful, discreet - highly recommend them. They know what they're doing.

They provided guidance in the process of creating the text and design for the carving of the stone. The craftsman that created the memorial did an excellent job of using my sketch to create the headstone. His skill is much appreciated.

Eternal Memorials was used for My moms foot stone. I was dealing directly with Jessica the owners daughter. She handled everything from start to finish. What I liked about Jessica was her personality when I was griving she was very up limiting and calm with me and never pressured me to do anything. She worked with the deposits and payments and always kept me updated through out the entire process. She actually became a friend to me during this process. I would highly recommend eternal Memorials and specifically Jessica to assist you if you need there services.

I recently had some concerns about my father’s headstone after seeing a photo that made it appear the lettering had worn off. I reached out to them, and Jeffrey personally went to the site to inspect it. He quickly determined that it was just bird droppings and reassured me that everything was in perfect condition. We don’t live close by so we didn’t get a chance to check it out for ourselves. I truly appreciate the prompt response, professionalism, and the care he showed. It’s rare to find that level of service, and it meant a great deal to my family.

I asked for my family grave stone to be inscribed and I asked them to match as my parents design of what it is on them... they said they could do it and I was so happy. I had to wait for few months and saw the work at the cemetery. I looked more closely.. I m pleased with their work and I am satisfied!!! I called Melissa and told her that I m pleased and thanked for their work.......

My Sister-in-Law died suddenly and being her only close relative I needed to make all the arrangements. I wanted a foot stone for her grave, and the Rabbi worked with Eternal Memorials. They took care of everything! From the beginning to the end, installation at the grave site, Eternal Memorials contacted me when they needed information. When I called with a question, everyone I spoke to was courteous, listened and answered my questions. They told me what the entire procedure would be and any paperwork that have to be done was simple and direct so all I needed to do was sign. I had enough on my mind without dealing with any issues regarding my final closure dealing with my Sister-in-Law's death. Thank you, Eternal Memorials. I can't thank Eternal Memorials enough for all of their hard work and their true compassion during our time in need. Jeffrey Cohen went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stone my mom (Debbie Futoran) and I picked out. He took the time to ask questions to make sure the stone was personal and exactly what we wanted. Months later we noticed that the stone was chipped due to something that must've happened at the cemetery without us knowing. When we reached out to the cemetery, they told us there was nothing they could do. My mom then reached out to Jeff at Eternal Memorials, and he took care of it right away and sent us photos to show that it was fixed. We did not expect this and couldn't be happier or more thankful. Eternal Memorials treated us like family and I highly recommend them.
