If you are considering moving to midland, please note that building crews work daily (including holidays and weekend) from 7am-9pm, if you buy a house that is next to other houses being built, you will not have a single moment of peace and quiet. They will likely try to tell you the noise is minimal during the sales process but DO NOT believe them. If you are someone who values peace and quiet in the early mornings and late nights. Midland is not the neighborhood for you.
I have purchased 2 Estridge Homes personally, and have helped many clients build and buy Estridge homes over the years. They continue to build a quality product, excel at communication, and develop amazing neighborhoods! Their homes are a step above. When owners end up selling, many put “Built By Estridge” in their description because of the value Estridge brings to the home. 5 stars!

My experience from start to finish was seamless. Alex was awesome from the moment I stepped into the model until I closed a few weeks ago. Our experience with Estridge up to this point has been excellent. We bought a showcase home in Midland, and the upgrades and craftmanship are much better than the larger mainstream builders that we looked at in Indy.
Alex our sales consultant was very knowledgeable of the area and was very patient, and responsive through out the process as it took us over a month to make a final decision. We feel we made the right decision with the projected growth and amenities the neighborhood has to offer.

Traumatic
Every time I see this red logo, I'm reminded of the sexual harassment Paul Estridge inflicted on his male employees. Young men came to work hoping to support their families, only to face constant unwanted advances, sexual intimidation and other sexual misconduct. It's sickening to think of the higher-ups (most of which are still there) who ignored these actions just to protect their wallets. This company's hypocrisy is infuriating—they claim to be "building communities" while tearing people down. For many, this company will always be a reminder of dark, powerless days. Clint, I hope you're proud of your part in building a company that became a haven for a predator. My thoughts are with the those and their families who will never get back parts of themselves after working here.

We absolutely love Estridge, and are blessed to have moved into a home at Midland! Madeline did a great job getting us information on the community and all the options we had when we first started looking - she’s the reason we’re here!
Then, our Estridge Midland rep, Amy Lickliter, was super helpful and very patient. She answered all of our questions quickly (we had TONS of them, sorry Amy!) and was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure we knew she was a resource and was available for lots of phone calls, texts, and emails. She also helped us work through our decision making process (it happened super fast) to make sure we understood everything and to provide an outsider’s perspective without being sales-ey. Sure, her job is to sell homes, but that wasn’t what we felt like her goal was. From the start to closing, she was always more concerned with what was right for us and our situation, even if that meant not getting in at Midland. Incredibly consultative and helpful, without being pushy at all. Ask for Amy!!
Though we didn’t end up in The Terraces, we also explored a bit with Alex on the new low/no-maintenance option Estridge has rolled out. Alex was super helpful as well, answering lots of questions and is very warm and friendly!
From our first interest in Midland in March of 2023 to when we closed on our house late July of ‘24, everyone we met at Estridge was great - from the sales reps to the owners/upper management to the closing team to the builders responsible for building the home of our dreams. They’ve all been helpful, patient, kind, diligent, and most importantly, welcoming. I can’t recommend Estridge enough - come check out Midland! The neighbors have all been very kind and welcoming, and we’d love more fun neighbors!

I highly suggest that no one use Estridge as a home builder. I am having to have all my plumbing re done due to them doing horrible work. My living room ceiling is leaking everywhere from the water the plumbing was done upstairs...My neighbors have similar issues... I also had to spend 9k on re tiling because they didn't bother to put water proofing underneath the tile in shower. Then we reached out to Clint CEO and sent him certified letter...We never got a response from him. Definitely don't want this happening to anyone else..
We built with Estridge 3 years ago, and then we upsized our house with a second new Estridge home that was customized according to our needs. We have been delighted with the quality of the work on both houses, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff is superior. I might add that these are the 6th and 7th new houses we have had built in 6 different cities. Estridge compares favorably with builders of mid-to-luxury homes elsewhere.
