Elijah did our first house cleaning today and everything is sparking. He took his time and put a lot of care and detail to ensuring everything was completed at a high level. I have had cleaners in the past for comparison and I would recommend Elijah on his expertise, pricing structure, and general professionalism. We have signed up for 4 week cleanings and are very satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning service.

I would highly recommend Estrella House Cleaning. We have used them for almost a year now. They are professional, they are thorough and are easy to communicate with. The house is always neat & clean. I don’t feel like I’m being overcharged for the job that they do. Let me tell you, I have had some terrible situations with some past cleaners- you will not have that with this company.

In my opinion, this company never cleaned our house but took our money. We have a rental in Buckeye Arizona. We hired Estrella to clean the inside of our house. The house was dirty so they said it would cost $400 to clean the house. We agreed and thought it would be clean when we went to check on it. The house looked like they never stepped foot in the door. The house was just as dirty as it was before they cleaned it. We complained to the owner but he would not budge. Be aware!
I have been using them for over a year now to clean my house. Prices are very reasonable and I have nothing but praise to give them.
I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. On occasion I’ve asked them to clean something which wasn’t included and they’re great about handling it quickly without adding on. Granted it’s always something like dusting a hard to reach place and nothing I would feel obligated to pay more otherwise I would insist.
To me that’s just good service. Unlike other services that nickel and dime you, this company has the feel of mom and pops store. Or like you could make a handshake deal and it’s just as good as a written agreement.
I also trust them in my home. While I have cameras inside, for security and my dogs, I’ve never felt the need to turn them on while I was away if they were there cleaning.
I highly recommend them to anyone reading this and have referred my own friends in the west valley to them.

Do not use this cleaning company. Their assistant stole a 500 vacuum, the owner refused to return or admit it was taken till a video showing proof was brought forward. No call no showed on 5/5 and I’ve still not heard anything

Took amazing care of my floors and bathrooms. Punctual, thorough, and did a good job of setting up a bi-weekly schedule. Would absolutely hire them again! Keep in mind they don’t do dishes or laundry but everything else is a must hire with this team!

I am 37 weeks pregnant and could not physically clean my apartment after moving. Estrella house cleaning was really easy to schedule with and they cleaned my apartment to the point it looked like no one ever lived there.
