In my opinion, this company never cleaned our house but took our money. We have a rental in Buckeye Arizona. We hired Estrella to clean the inside of our house. The house was dirty so they said it would cost $400 to clean the house. We agreed and thought it would be clean when we went to check on it. The house looked like they never stepped foot in the door. The house was just as dirty as it was before they cleaned it. We complained to the owner but he would not budge. Be aware!

I have been using them for over a year now to clean my house. Prices are very reasonable and I have nothing but praise to give them. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. On occasion I’ve asked them to clean something which wasn’t included and they’re great about handling it quickly without adding on. Granted it’s always something like dusting a hard to reach place and nothing I would feel obligated to pay more otherwise I would insist. To me that’s just good service. Unlike other services that nickel and dime you, this company has the feel of mom and pops store. Or like you could make a handshake deal and it’s just as good as a written agreement. I also trust them in my home. While I have cameras inside, for security and my dogs, I’ve never felt the need to turn them on while I was away if they were there cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this and have referred my own friends in the west valley to them.

Do not use this cleaning company. Their assistant stole a 500 vacuum, the owner refused to return or admit it was taken till a video showing proof was brought forward. No call no showed on 5/5 and I’ve still not heard anything

Took amazing care of my floors and bathrooms. Punctual, thorough, and did a good job of setting up a bi-weekly schedule. Would absolutely hire them again! Keep in mind they don’t do dishes or laundry but everything else is a must hire with this team!

I just had my first cleaning by Estrella House Cleaning. I was thrilled by results. I have previously had The Cleaning Authority and was not happy with the way they conducted business. Each time it was 3 people and always someone new. When we had an expensive item come up missing after one cleaning the Cleaning Authority refused to make good. A police report was filed as no one but my husband and I had been in our house except The Cleaning Authority workers.I have a 1500 sq ft house and they would be in and out in 30 mins. Elija from Estrella House Cleaning spent about 5 1/2 hrs cleaning my house until it sparkled with cleanliness. I didn’t realize how badly my house needed a good cleaning until I looked around and saw how it shine following Elija’s cleaning. I am so excited and look forward to my next house cleaning. I have had house cleaners for over 30 years and Estrella House Cleaners is the best so far. Thank You Elija!
