The interaction was always engaging & explanatory, I always felt at ease calling him, you can image being a FTHB how hard had I been with confusing & stupid questions but he kept guiding without pointing out my stupidity. I believe he know that this is normal for FTHB. Very grateful to Hassan Tahir for being proactive in closing the deal & arranging the keys before noon on closing day!

My parents and I had a wonderful experience working with Hassan. I reached out to him as I had come across his name before with my clients in real estate. We needed his services for a specific situation that he specializes in which my parents required. He was patient and thorough and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. That is not very common and I appreciated the concern he demonstrated. He also expedited the paperwork as quickly as possible when we told him it was a rush situation. Estofa Law helped us out with our mortgage. Between Hassan and Hafiz they were always very prompt with communication, helpful and easy going. We had several phone calls and an online meeting with Hassan who explained everything to us clearly and answered all of our questions. This was our first house purchase so everything had a steep learning curve and overall, it's a very nerve wracking process. Fortunately the lawyer portion of it wasn't too bad thanks to Estofa Law!
