couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from essential well! From the moment I called, they were responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with our deep well pump, and had everything up and running the same day. Not an easy task considering the pump was set at 520’ deep.

Ty and his team were so amazing. We had a booster pump installed and pressure tank for our RV. The came out right away and fit us in their schedule even though it was last minute and raining. Their attention and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Very professional and did a great job. 👏

On a Sunday morning, the power to our well shut off. I checked out what I knew of and couldn’t fix the problem. After calling several other companies and getting their voicemail, I called Essential Pump and Well Service. Even though my residence is outside of their service boundaries, he quickly offered to help me troubleshoot over the phone and it was up and going in just a couple minutes!
I had no water and called Essential on a Saturday morning. They came out within a couple of hours and troubleshot my problem. Tye was the tech that came out. He was knowledgeable, friendly a punctual. They did an amazing job in getting my family water again. I will be contacting them in the future for all of my well/pump needs. It's nice to know there are reliable companies out there willing to go the extra mile to help people in their time of need on short notice. Especially on a weekend. Well done guys, my family thanks you!
There's a lot of Well guys out there that claim they know what they're doing and there's a lot of Well guys that say they've been in the business for a long time, but Jason is by far the best. I can't thank him and his wife enough for their expertise and skill. I had a blockage in my well casing, and Jason and his wife were able to clear the blockage and get my well back working again in a matter of hours. Another well company had spent days trying to do the same thing and wanted over $5000 for accomplishing nothing. His price was considerably less per hour, and his efficiency was three times as fast. If you're looking for a Well guy look no further, he will be mine for years to come. Thanks Again Jason!
We had no water as of 7pm on a Sunday and were told by a neighbor that it was going to be an expensive fix. Thankfully after reaching out to Essential- he responded within 10 minutes and showed up the next morning bright and early. Luckily we didn’t need a new pump, but Jason was able to replace our control box and get us running water within 30 minutes of his arrival. We cannot say enough amazing things about this company and they will be the only people servicing our well from now on! Thank you so much Essential- you saved us so much time and money!
Jason came out on a Saturday new years eve in the pouring rain and went out of his way to make sure we a had running water by loaning a temp pump until we could order the new one on Monday, seriously came through like a champ! Very knowledgeable and very professional over the top on customer service. Essential is top notch service , would recommend to anyone!
Jason came to our rescue! He was highly recommended by our neighbors who had used him for a job, and I know why. After issues with high power bills he identified the problem, replacing the pump and cleaning our system. He kept us informed all the way along. He came on a weekend, was knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work. He also fixed things that others had overlooked in the past, and went the extra mile to check on all of the components of our well before finishing the job. Our tanks are now full and our power bill is back to normal. Thank you essential well - you are now our go to for our well needs (though we hope it’s not any time soon!)!
Called them in the morning told them we had no water they were here within 45 minutes put a new pump in and lowered it we had water that afternoon the crew was awesome they really hustled would recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. First, they came out with an hour’s notice on Labor Day. Jason was happy to let me look over his shoulder while he trouble shot the electrical. Everything was in order, which entailed a return trip the next day to see if the pump head could be lowered. Fortunately that was successful. Essential delivered prompt service, competitive pricing, and were a pleasure to work with. Did I mention they didn’t blink at working for 3 hours in 107 degrees? It was like working with an old friend - except they knew what they were doing.
After years of no excitement, we started getting an extraordinary amount of sand in our filter. Assuming the worst, I got a quote from another company that made me nearly drop my phone. I'd been seeing signs for Essential and had seen their trucks around. I filled out a web inquiry form on a Friday at 6am. at 6:40am, Jason called me. I talked to him about what was going on, and he said he'd come by to see our setup and talk. He suggested we do an evaluation (pull the pipe/pump) and get information on the well first before assuming the worst.
We scheduled the work for the following week. Day of, Jason called very apologetically to say they had multiple customers that had gone dry, and would it be ok if we postponed so he could take care of them first. As we still had water, I said "Absolutely!" as I would hope to be moved to the front of the line if we were dry.
When Jason and Ty came out to our property, they were prompt and got started right away. I watched almost the entire process as I wanted to learn as much as I could. They were both happy to answer questions and explain things to me as they worked.
In the end, the information gleaned from the evaluation was very positive, and Jason explained what had probably happened. I know at some point in the future we'll need service again, and Jason and the team at Essential will be who gets the call.
