I stumbled upon Vivian’s home-based facial about 6 months ago thru google and i’m glad i did. no hard-selling, no pushy packages, simply pay-per-session..Vivian genuinely cares about her customers and makes sure we actually see improvements in our skin.
She’s very honest too—no sugar-coating! Vivian will tell you the real condition of your skin and make sure you endure a bit of discomfort for the sake of better skin (haha, so don’t be too sensitive about it.. thankful for her patience and attention during extractions, esp since I have normal oily acne-prone skin, which means extraction alone can take at least 45 mins.
Vivian is also very knowledgeable and always eager to share skincare tips. Over time, I’ve seen real improvements in my skin and genuinely love the products she recommends. They’ve worked so well that I usually walk away with at least one new product after each visit.
Overall, I highly recommend her services. :)

While initially sceptical due to past bad experience going for facials, Vivien’s service is nothing of that sort.
She is incredibly passionate about her field of work, and she has genuine interest in ensuring her customers’ skin condition improves if not be of optimal condition.

Today, I went for my 3rd session of pigmentation removal service from Vivian. I’ve been having very bad spread of pigmentations since my early 30s from outdoor activities and pregnancy. My mom also has pigmentation problems so I guess this is in the family too.
My first session with Vivian was Sept 2024. I was skeptical how it works, will it works, will they fade… until today July 2025, I want to say that those pigments from my 1st and 2nd sessions had gotten much lighter and they are still on the way to fading away. I see my face improves, not so much marks and it’s much easier to apply my basic BB cream for cleaner coverage.
Due to my many pigmentations, I will have to take several sessions to remove them. 1st session removed 2 pigments, 2nd session removed 3 pigments and as I see the results and gained confidence, today 3rd session, I removed 6 pigments. I decided not to waste too much time since I had seen the progress and experienced how Vivian works and seen the good results. I now know how it works every session and how recovery works too.
Recovery duration for me after each session usually takes 2 to 3 months. Yes patience and consistency is the key. Vivian today reminded me again to continue applying the creams and sunscreen daily morning as she sees me slightly slipped off from my routine haha!
Vivian is very patient throughout the sessions I experienced with her. She has very calm and firm grasp of her equipments. She can consistently remove each of my pigment with steadiness. I will remain as calm as I can too during the session and I think it will helps too.
She had sent me this google review 3 months ago, I only reviewed now after going through her 3rd session because I have full confidence of her service now. Yes it takes time and she did not remind me to do this. I will like to do this review for her.
Oh yes, I also went back for touch up sessions that Vivian did for me without any fee. She is sooo professional to complete her service nicely.

Unprofessional home based facial.
I visited twice for facial and purchased many skincare products from owner (Vivian). Scheduled my 3rd appointment with $20 deposit paid one month in advance. Two weeks before the appointment, Vivian suddenly kept texting me out of the blue to change appointment dates/times. I didn't reply her for a few days as I was away overseas. When I tried to reply her later on, she had cancelled my appointment, blocked me on whatsapp and didn't even refund my $20 deposit paid to schedule the appointment.
Totally unprofessional and unfair practice, do not recommend at all. Don't understand the need for Vivian to keep asking to change appointment date and time, when I've already PAID DEPOSIT to confirm my appointment one month in advance??
I reached out numerous times more than a week before your scheduled appointment to reconfirm, as is my standard practice, and to offer flexibility should any adjustments be needed. I have not received a single response over the week, so I assumed your availability had changed, which led me to cancel the appointment.
Please know that your $20 deposit has been refunded via PayNow.
