She clearly explains the mechanics behind the problems and how the treatment plan will work to solve this, dealing with the route cause not just the symptoms. I would highly recommend ESP Physio having experienced many different physios in my sporting career.

I was referred to ESP Physio through healthcare provider with the acute sciatica and muscle spasms and I was seen very quickly. Dr Morgan Balsam was so understanding and patient throughout the sessions, by explaining the causes, giving the tailored exercises and advice how to handle the sore back. In addition I also received the dry needling treatment which in combination of the exercises allowed me to have a full recovery. Would highly recommend Dr Morgan and would absolutely return if I ever would need any further treatments.

I’ve been attending ESP Physio Stirling since August for a shoulder issue, and the improvement I’ve experienced has been fantastic. Scott provided progressive, hands-on treatment along with clear, structured exercise plans that made a real difference. By following the exercises between appointments, I noticed steady progress, and by my final session in December I had regained a range of motion I hadn’t had in quite some time. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident throughout, which made the whole experience reassuring and effective. Scott has been treating me for an on going ankle/peroneal injury that was affecting me daily and was making exercise and work difficult. 4 sessions later and it is almost completely gone can’t recommend Scott enough 👍🏻

Had approximately 5 weeks of physiotherapy with advanced Physiotherapist Gordon Wilkie, good service & advice. Sports massage, massage gun, Gua sha tool, good workout routines for my MSK injuries. The NHS Physiotherapists in Scotland are a complete joke in comparison. 5 star awesome company you won’t go far wrong with them I highly recommend anyone with MSK issues to visit & get their injuries helped & eased. 👌

Excellent ACL reconstruction support Heidi has just completed 8 months of physio/rehab work with Scott, following ACL reconstruction. Scott was extremely supportive, professional and communicated brilliantly-keeping Heidi motivated. The last 8 weeks of plyometrics work has made a huge difference and Heidi is now back doing what she loves, playing hockey with confidence. Thank you and would 100% recommend.
