I enrolled in a course at the European School of Architecture and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the administration and support.
I contacted them multiple times regarding incorrect or incomplete lesson files for Lesson 3, which made it difficult to continue the course properly. Although they initially replied and said they would check the issue, I never received a proper follow-up or solution afterwards.
The information and AI-related content taught in the course also feels outdated compared to current industry standards and tools. In addition, some lesson files did not match the tutorial content, which made it difficult to follow the course properly.
As a student, I expected clearer communication and better support, especially when course material is not functioning correctly.
I hope the school improves its responsiveness and student support in the future.
