Had a huge problem with our toilets not flushing properly and bubbling in the basement toilet. We called Escape Plumbing Jen answered the phone took our information she was very friendly. Within a few hours we received a return phone call. Eric was very friendly he explained Brad would come over to speak with us.The next day He arrived bright and early , looked at the problem. Eric phoned us later that day explained the work that needed to be done and gave us a quote. He and his team came the next day and began working. Talk about an amazing team knowledge beyond what We had ever seen .My husband and myself were speaking about how lucky their apprentice worker E was to be able to work with such great group of professionals, from Eric the owner to Brad to the unbelievable excavator P C .we couldn’t speak highly enough about this experience. For our household plumbing needs. No need to look any further. Escape plumbing is where we will go and the clean up was like they were never here ! Thank you all!

Brad came out to do our yearly inspection. He is extremely personable, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond by fixing a small item of concern to me on his own. He also was able to detect a problem with our water pump that apparently was never shutting off which he was able to replace the very next morning. As usual with Escape Plumbing, they text when they are on their way and they give up front quotes of their work. Thanks Brad! You’re the best!
