I came into the ER feeling completely overwhelmed, my heart rate was high, I felt like fainting, couldn’t breathe and think clearly. I was barely holding it together. From the moment I arrived, the entire team treated me with care, patience, and professionalism. They didn’t just run tests and send me home - they monitored me closely throughout the night, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and doing everything they could to figure out what was happening. I want to especially thank Dr. Daniel Hua. His calm, attentive, and thorough approach made a huge difference. I felt truly heard and cared for, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did. This team didn’t let me leave until they were confident I was stable. Thank you all for being there.
