Fantastic service and very high quality carpets & tiles. I’ve used Erith flooring for approx 5 years now either carpeting or tiling all rooms in our house. I would highly recommend using them, extremely professional, reliable and nothing is too much trouble at all. Price is extremely competitive too.
Carpet good quality but carpet fitter in to much of hurry to do proper job. Had him back once already because carpet coming away from stairs but if im honest its still not done properly and tucked in on each stair of staircase. Also I paid for new doir trims but he used ones i already had.. Unlikely I will use this place next time i want carpets
I had used Erith Carpets before and as I like to support local firms,was going to again.I had already decided that I would use them and was not even going to get any other quotes.I
visited the shop and given an appointment for between 2 and 4 pm in two days time.
I live 2 minutes walk from the shop,so was surprised that no one showed up.I had given my mobile number but didn't receive a text or call to say he was going to be late.He turned up at 4.40 but by then I was steaming and ignored him.
Today I visited the shop for an explanation but he just said he was held up.I asked why he couldn't be bothered to text or call,either at the time ,or even since to apologise.
A completely unprofessional, inept and ignorant company that will not get my money and I would not recommend anyone else to deal with them.
If they cannot even keep an appointment when the customer lives 2 minutes walk away,then they can't be trusted ..as I said,I wanted to support a local firm but their ignorant customer service was astounding ..
