I took my Trader Joe’s Mini Tote Bag in to have it personalized. Mine was kind of a different lettering request, and Russell wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out, so he offered to do another one free of charge. To be honest, I thought it was fine, and told him so, but he insisted, so I brought in another I was gifting to a friend. She absolutely LOVES her personalized bag! I can’t wait to drop off a few more for my daughters. Thank you, Russell, for your kind and professional help in making a great finished product.

Great customer service! I was shopping around for a new printing company to work with, and as a small business owner myself I really appreciated the level of communication and care the people at Freedom bring. Inquired and heard directly from the owner Mike, and was well taken care with very clear and attentive communication throughout the process with Russell - he is awesome! Good group of people and fast product turn around! We place an order before the holidays (which is understandably for everyone a crazy time of year) but they were able to complete our order in a very quick timeframe. Glad to support another local business like them.

Had a great experience recently with Freedom Branding! I found this business on Yelp, and the reviews were spot-on! I brought in six insulated aluminum wine glasses to be etched for my brother's retirement party. They took a look at my hand-drawn sketch, ran it by their best etcher, quoted me a reasonable price, and had the job done in about 5 days. Excellent work! Gotta say, I stopped by a couple different engraver/etcher/imprint companies before I found Freedom, and the other two were bewildered about whether they could successfully etch these graduated tumblers. Freedom Branding has the needed expertise!

By far the best place to come for your branding or thoughtful gifts. Russell was able to fit me in between a huge order. They took great care of me and made me "feel" like my 2 custom hoodies had equal importance to them as their giant order. I saw the giant order and it was really great quality. These folks did right by me in a quick turn around!! I even messed up the design and they helped me redesign and get it to the parties in time!!!

Russell did an outstanding job on my order full of size and shirt changes with a short turnaround time to have it ready for my son's track meet. He even included a complimentary bag!!!! If you want it done with people that care that treat you as though you are friends and not see you as just a transaction then go to Freedom Branding. Mike and Russell are fantastic!

BEST SCREEN PRINTING IN NORTH COUNTY! I had a custom North Face ski jacket made for my father-in-law's 80th birthday last April. My request was for very unusual placement on the mid-lower back and on difficult fabric. The customer service I experienced was phenomenal! They sat down with me right away, looked at my sketches and placement ideas, and gave me many options to choose from. They sent mock-ups of the design in a very timely manner, and made adjustments according to my requests. WOW! It turned out better than I could've imagined! And my FIL adores the jacket! I've waited a year to review this item because I was waiting for a picture to post, and I finally got one! He has been skiing at least a dozen times since he received it and always has stories of meeting people on the mountain because of the jacket. He made a small adjustment to the writing with sharpie (he added the + sign in the 0), but originally it was absolutely flawless! Thanks again for making this such a memorable gift :)
