Wow!! I had an emergency as my contractor left it last minute to order my Franke sink. I went online, found these guys and it arrived the next day. I don’t know who I had on WhatsApp(which I got from the web) but they were so helpful. Would highly recommend and will 100% use them again in the future!

If you are looking for anything in the bathroom or kitchen hardware space, stop looking!!! You have found the best place to buy it AND install it. I sent them a WhatsApp message on Monday evening at 11pm asking for a specific kind of toilet. Tuesday morning 9am I got offered the exact same one I was interested in and looking for. By Wednesday afternoon I placed my order after making sure everything would fit and that there wouldn't need to be any additional breakage. Same evening I got a timely and prompt delivery by Aramex. On Thursday at 9:02am a technician rang my doorbell for a 9:30 appointment (30 minutes early!!!!) and by 11am I had a new toilet fully installed and operational. Eyes closed, this was the best experience I have had with a contracting/facilities management team in over 20 years in Dubai.. I would highly recommend them without question.. Muhammed at the sales team of Eqwep was fantastic and their installer Adnan with his buddy Usama were also fantastic in their work and were very neat and tidy and made sure the work was done and it was done right!!!

Would like to thank Eqwep team for the best service they provide. I had urgent request for a coffee which i wanted to send to my friend to another country. Eqwep aranged a special delivery for me, then did replacement which i asked and all this in a very short time. I didnt pay any additional costs. Not only did he patiently talk me through the full range of suitable products and even secure me a discount, but when installation seemed impossible, he went above and beyond by sourcing a boom to lift my 220kg bath onto the first floor—making my design possible! (Pictured) On top of that, Eqwep noticed I’d overordered a couple of items and quickly arranged a refund, saving me both money and hassle. The service I have received is exceptional. I brought a bath, it arrived the next day. Realized i selected the wrong dimensions and without any fuss, I was refunded after the delivery man picked up the unopened package. I actually brought a new one in exchange. The person on WhatsApp was so helpful and even supported selecting a new bath with the right dimensions. When you are in the middle of stressful house renovations this is exactly the type of service you need. Seamless!

I have bought two sinks on their website. Delivery was relatively quick and items arrived in good conditions. But what I have appreciated above all is the responsiveness of their team on WhatsApp to help me when I thought that a part of an item was missing. You feel like they is people in charge there and they are easy to reach out to and try to be helpful. and that is rarely the case when you buy online. So definitely I will highly recommend them
