My air conditioning unit quit working during the heat wave and it was 90 degrees in the house. I put in a work order in the evening and the next day they were able come out. Travis was great! He texted me to let me know he was on his way, told us what was wrong and installed the part, and showed me how to turn off the fan in case this happens again. He's very personable and efficient. Thank you, Epic, for the great job and quick response.

Horrible customer service. Service call for my home was skipped and was told they wouldn’t be able to get out for another 6 hrs at least. Then was hung up on after I asked to have the service fee waived or reduced due to poor customer service and was told I could call someone else and was hung up on.

We needed some ductwork done. AHS sent EPIC Mechanical. They scheduled to come out the next day, and our technician, Travis, even showed up early. Travis was very professional, respectful, and thorough, and he repaired our issues quickly. I highly recommend EPIC.

Got our AC unit serviced and FIXED in less than an hour! Called on Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday morning- by 9am we were back up and running. Kyle was very knowledgeable and taught us a thing or two about our AC unit. HIGHLY recommend! Very happy and COOL!

Great service and communication. They worked with our home warranty company on getting our A/C fixed and when it couldn’t be repaired, they came out on a hot Saturday morning to replace the unit.

We used EPIC Mechanical HVAC twice now, both times for recommended preventative check and maintenance. Travis came out for our air conditioner and furnace inspections. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. I would recommend EPIC to anyone needing service.

We needed a super custom hood install in our small commercial kitchen and the guys at Epic were truly EPIC - very professional and they went above and beyond in figuring out how to re-wire and re-connect everything and then making sure to get it done we could produce the following Monday. We highly recommend calling them for any HVAC work you need.

We were having issues with our furnace and Epic Mechanical had Travis out in less than 2 hours of when we called and was able to quickly assess the situation. Very happy with the service provided.
