I had a great experience with this security system company. Mike took the time to work with me and assess my existing system, explaining everything from his perspective about what needed to happen to get it working properly. He was very clear about the pros and cons of different options and made sure to guide me through the process.
Quentin, the technician, was extremely respectful, patient, and thorough. He took his time to ensure everything was set up correctly and explained everything I needed to know about operating the system.
One of the things I really appreciated is that they are certified electricians, so if any electrical work—like installing an outlet—was needed, it was done properly and up to code. Overall, I highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, and excellent service.

Mike and his team at Envision Low Voltage are simply put, spectacular. From the start of the service call and all the way through the process, they were professional and extremely knowledgeable of our entire audio system. Mike and his team at Envision Low Voltage did an incredible job with some new data wiring at my home. Envision's prices are fair, and they were able to schedule me in much quicker than I had expected.
The entire crew was very respectful of my home; taking care to not damage or dirty anything, and cleaning up as they went.
When they ran into some unexpected challenges due to how my home was built, I didn't hear a single complaint from them - they just figured out a few alternatives, asked me for my preference, and got it done.
I'm extremely pleased with the work that they did, and I'm looking forward to having them back out in a few months to install security cameras. I would highly recommend Envision Low Voltage for any residential or commercial work.

Michael installed 4 indoor & 4 outdoor cameras + DV recorder + a nest doorbell camera approx 1.5 years ago for me. He is very prompt, punctual and polite. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Trustworthy.
To this day, cameras have been working amazing & any question we have Mike is quick to answer or troubleshoot for us. Customer service, even almost 2 years later, is top notch. This is what differs small business owners to large corporations that don’t give you the time of day. Thanks again, Michael!

What sets this business apart from others is the desire to learn and recreate the customer’s visions into a reality. Mike (Business owner and operator) from Envision is detailed, particular, and honest with his craft. You may have better prices out there but it seems time and time again it lacks somewhere.
