We finally knuckled down and got a water conditioner and whole house filter.
It wasn’t without its challenges. We wanted local operation and a system made in the USA. We started the process in 2023. We encountered more than our share of shady operations to the point that I simply gave up.
Fast forward to 2025. Tried again and found Enting. And boy am I glad I did!! Mark was our sales guy. He’s a total straight shooter. Pricing was reasonable. And the system is made in the USA!
Jeremy installed the system. He was on time and quick with the installation.
I am very impressed with Enting. I am so happy to have their system in our home. It’s working great!

My husband and I recently moved to springboro and our house did not have a water softener. I asked some people and Enting name came up. I read the reviews. I will also agree THEY ARE EXCELLENT. We had to move our appointment back due to our step down water pressure needing to be replaced. They were kind enough to get to it later the same day. Jeremy was our installer. He called ahead but we were not home. We had left the front door unlocked and told him he could come on in and get started. He did a WONDERFUL job, professional, polite, and knowledgable. He cleaned up after. You can’t even tell he was here except for softener. He explained everything to me. He even went above and beyond! Very pleased and will recommend Enting and Jeremy.
( we actually had a plumber at our house right before Enting and he echoed they are great!)

I'm new to Enting, but so far I'm very impressed. They installed a new system in my house. The system works great. The plumbing on my house has other issues - independent of the system Enting installed. The team has helped me on those too - and they didn't charge; they simply want to keep their existing clients happy.
UPDATE: Enting came to service my equipment. I wish I could describe the scenario, but in short - best company I've dealt with in Ohio. Honest, fair, skilled. Rare.

Ending did a wonderfully professional job. They quoted one price up front and there was no mystery as to how much it cost and what was included. We had an Enting years ago. After moving out of state we bought a Rainsoft, moved again and bought a Culligan. Enting out ranks all of them. I do not like going without a softener and finally proved that to my husband. You use less cleaning products and soaps, plus your hair
Is softer.
