Comfortable stay and amazing location with great staff
☺ Staff were so welcoming and accommodating and the shared dining/lounge space was really cozy and nice. The room was fine but the shower was a little tiny. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone solo traveling. The location was fantastic also! Walking distance to everything

Je n’aime habituellement pas du tout les Backpack… Celui-ci m’a fait changer d’avis ! Extrêmement propre, extrêmement bien placé à des tarifs défiant toute concurrence !
Les chambres sont petites, mais l’essentiel y est la qualité de la literie est parfaite et la propreté impeccable. Bravo pour le service.

Calme, accueillant, chaleureux, proche de tout !
☺Hôtel situé dans un environnement calme, à 5 min du centre-ville, à 10 min du port, proche de toutes les commodités, pas besoin de transports pour visiter la ville ou pour rejoindre les points de rendez-vous des diverses activités. Chambre étroite mais le confort était suffisant pour notre petit séjour de 4 nuits. Petit plus : mise à disposition gratuitement de boissons chaudes et gâteaux (cookies) toute la journée. Et surtout, un accueil chaleureux par une équipe très sympathique. Un grand merci au monsieur de l'accueil qui nous a aidé à notre départ pour trouver un taxi rapidement afin de rejoindre l'aéroport (car celui que nous avions réservé à l'avance via Booking ne s'est pas présenté...). Je recommande cet hôtel sans problème.

I love how close the hotel is the city center! It’s a very short walk to the bus station that takes you to/from the airport. Luca helped me with my bags upon arrival and again when I left, even offering me a cab. There are also amenities at the front desk such as blow dryers, hats for the winter months, and a variety of drinks and cookies in the lounge. Whenever I’m back in Tromso, I will have to stay here again!
