We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the bathroom. Please know that the bin is emptied daily, but during your stay, we were experiencing a high volume of guests. The bathroom near the lobby is used most frequently, which may have caused it to fill up quickly and appear unattended. Regarding the soap dispenser, we apologize for the inconvenience. It was refilled immediately once it was brought to our attention—we always do our best to resolve any issues as soon as we’re informed. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve.
