The staff was great, the location was very central, the airport bus stop is across the street and the breakfast was a nice touch. We just had a few minor issues in the apartments. The WiFi was very slow and wouldn’t connect sometimes. The shower is not angled properly, so your bathroom will be completely flooded unless you place multiple towels all over the floor. A piece of the couch was also loose, with a screw sticking through it. Overall, it was nice have a washing machine and full kitchen though.
Gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in guter Lage im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Frühstück und waren sehr zufrieden.
Was wir ungünstig fanden, unser kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, welche das Hotel uns angeboten hat, war nicht direkt vorort, sondern beim ca 500 m entfernten Schwesterhotel, was wir ungünstig empfanden.
I arrived in Tromsø at around 10:30 pm on 8 October, and the hotel was conveniently located just opposite one of the bus stop in the city center. The receptionist, who was working until 11 pm that night, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me book an aurora-chasing tour for the following day around 11pm.
Her patience and kindness made me feel very welcome, and I had a really pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tromsø!

Hotel u centru grada, odmah do hotela autobusni javni prijevoz i 100 m dalje Airport bus. Doručak odličan, raznolik, a cijeli dan je na raspolaganju kava, čaj, voda, kolači i keksi. Jednokrevetna soba je mala, ali ima sve što treba. Jedina zamjerka je što nema frižider. Hotel uredan, čist, tih, krevet udoban. Na par minuta hoda je glavna ulica s trgovinama, prehrambenim marketima, suvenirnicama, McDonald's.

☺Ubicación excelente. El personal fue muy amable; cuando tuve dudas, me respondieron inmediatamente. El desayuno no varía con los días, pero es bastante bueno.
☹La habitación era pequeña, aunque para mí solo no fue un problema. Lo que si estuvo sucediendo es que el Wifi me desconectaba despues de cierto tiempo y empezaba a usar mis datos de celuar, regresaba a la configuración y otra vez se conectaba sin problemas pero al abrir alguna app, como facebook, instagram, x, etc. me cambiaba de red y usaba mis datos, tuve que hacer que el celular "olvidara" la red en varias ocasiones para "resetear" la conexión y que me permitiera navegar y esto, para uno que está viajando con alguna eSim o un plan limitado puede llegar a ser muy costoso al regresar a tu ciudad.
