Very impressed with this protective backpack. I was very skeptical of the backpack due to it being so lite. So, what does one do when in doubt? You test the darn thing. The proof is in the pudding. It took 3 rounds to the same 2" location before it breached and went thru. CRAZY! Multiple rounds from multiple sizes. I would trust this backpack with my life, my families life and anyone I know. I now have an insert that I carry in my computer bag, can't even tell it is in the backpack because it is so lite.

My son LOVES this backpack, it is unique, one of a kind and it gives me peace of mind when he goes to school and rides the bus. As educators, my husband and I are well versed in active shooter trainings and are no stranger to precautions that can be taken. I hope one day major companies are able to use this technology to help us keep our students safer when the unthinkable happens. Thank you so much for sharing your innovation with us.

I had a feeling this backpack was going to be good but it exceeded my expectations!! The idea of having a discreet ballistic resistant shield in my backpack honestly caught my attention with everything going on in the world these days. The ninja turtle patch choice was for the kid in me haha. Anywho, let's dive into the highlights: ✅ The stitchwork for the ninja turtle panels and other added details is top tier ✅ The quality of the Jansport backpack is durable yet minimal ✅ The InnerG kevlar liner is lightweight AND adds great back structure ✅ It's surprisingly spacious for it's size The oooonly thing I wish it had was an inside pouch in the main compartment BUT that's not enough for me to still be overly impressed. Plus, I'm sure that could have been requested when I ordered it but I didn't think of it until after 😅. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend this backpack!! If you want something personalized, minimal, spacious, and with a ballistic resistant shield built in, then this is exactly what you need. In a way, I feel a bit like a ninja turtle now because I can walk around with an actual shield on my back 🛡️. Thankfully this one is much stronger than a turtle shell 😂✊🏾.

Fantastic backpack. Very well put together. JanSport backpacks are already good backpacks but Mike takes them to another level. Fit and finish is impressive. My kid loves the unique customization to it that SHE got to pick to make it her own! The fact that it has a shield build in is a major plus! Such a cool idea. They are pricey but if it can possibly save a life in today’s crazy world…. Priceless.

The prints available are absolutely stunning. Honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was trying to make up my mind on which one to choose. A surprising detail I loved: the padding on the straps is made of a thick memory foam-like material, which makes it incredibly comfortable to wear. Highly recommend. Also top tier communication and customer service. I would order again if I need one but I fought I will for while.
