Cant buy time but you can save it
One of the few things the do not sell or service is time BUT they sure do value the customers time and they save you a ton of time by going there first. 100% service based is right! I have used for Riot Glass needs along with other security and they will also provide steel doors and wood doors along with all the hardware to take care of your needs. For us it was a one stop shop. We bought the door with a Record operator, bullet resistant glass and had them install. On top of that they supplied custom built aluminum doors and even supplied the wood doors needed.

I went to Encore to get a my shower door replaced and they were great! Kennedy was the kindest and most professional person ever. Any and all questions I had were answered quickly and there was no room for confusion. I had an amazing experience and was grateful for somebody like Kennedy to help me. She provided the best service possible!
Great place to get glass from, I just had a rental with windows broken out and they responded quickly and professionally.
We asked them for a super niche item, and they pulled through VERY quickly. They made us a 20.5" dia x1/4" thick circle of tempered glass for our Dexter dryer door, and it was perfect 😎 they were able to beat online prices for us 🙏🏻

The staff I talked to went above and beyond to help me get the glass I wanted. I was surprised that they had what I needed on short notice. After weighing different options with their friendly staff, I had a choice that was within my budget. And it was available that day! So it was super convenient. Great glass company
Had a great experience with this Company.
Employee Alex Ham came out for the measure and the next day I had an estimate on the six windows. I’ve had glass estimates before from other local companies and prices changed as the job began and not in my favor.
This company stuck with their price even though this glass was a bear to take out. Alex was also the installer, showed up on time and educated me on the glass and what the job would entail. He was very careful about not damaging the old trim around the frames. I am very pleased with the installation and the price I could afford. The Company owner Tod Holcomb has the honor of being the oldest local glass company in town. He is a working owner that is on site to make sure every job is right and can answer any questions you might have regarding new or older houses like mine. The staff in the office were very courteous and very informed about glass replacement and answered the questions I had.
This is a family owned business that that really cares. I highly recommend

Encore glass is the best! We used them for our house remodel for our bathroom. We had some issues with our door and the hinges when it was new. Each time we called they came out right away, no questions asked, to help fix it. Eventually things were good and about 6ish months later something happened and the hinges came undone and our glass door was messed up again. The owner himself took time out of his evening and stopped by on his way home (even after business hours even though I told him he didn’t have to😂) and took the time to replace it. Turns out the hinges were just bad. He saved us money, time, and even called back a couple days later to check in and told me to not hesitate to call again if something happens. Definitely worth the money, worth the business, and worth the 5 stars. Honestly 100000000/10. They are amazing!
