This shady company charged me four thousand dollars today! I called them to find out what the charge was for, but no one could give me an answer. They can’t even find it in their computers. I tried to reach a manager, but I kept being transferred to random people, and I never got through to a manager. Naturally, my issue wasn’t resolved, and no one refunded the money!

80% parts arrived used, making 1 order for 3 parts , they charging shipping for each part. Customer service sucks , the worst supplier ever

I figured going online to order parts would have been easier than calling up, WRONG! Roy Hughes was so patient and helped me with a different order that I did online. He provided me with an update as well as corrected my order! Very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you Roy!

Ordered a part from Encompass(LG). It arrived in one day! Wasn’t the right part! I sent it back! That’s when it went down hill! I returned my part, on feb 2, with a 7-10 day refund policy, on the 18th I called to check on my refund. The response was we’re not sure it looks like I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong facility! I replied I sent it to the address provided with the authorization code. The response was Let us call you back. No call, so I called back the next couple days on the 23, I was informed, Oh you should see it today that never happened. Today is the 27th I called 4 times spoke with 6 different representatives, finally spoke with a supervisor who finally refunded me , but I won’t see it until march 2! This is absolutely unacceptable! If I did t have to select 1 star I wouldn’t have! This company has terrible return customer service and horrible communication! Never recommending them!

Wanted two blades for my Braun Series 7 razor. Braun sent me to Encompass to order them. Placed my order. After a couple of weeks still showing not given to Fedex. Contacted Customer service and they said they would refund my money since they didn't show it ever shipped. A few days later I get a notice of postage due from USPS for a package. Went to the post office and there was the Encompass Fedex Package with over $8 postage due. I paid the postage and got the two blades. I will never order via Encompass again. I paid Fedex shipping up front, then had to pay USPS postage to actually get the package. Never did get the refund but I did get the blades so I'll just chalk it up to a bad experience with a bad company. Update 02/26/26: I did get a decent refund from them which covered the issue of Fedex package being sent USPS. I am using one of the blades and it is working great. 100's of times better than the aftermarket crap from Amazon vendors which I tried before because of lower cost. I am changing this to 4 stars since everything has been worked out and the product received is excellent. I will use Encompass again in the future.

Encompass overall has been great. Jamar helped me get the refund process started when I had ordered the wrong part, and went above and beyond to reach out to the manufacturer to help get me information on the part I do need. His performance on the call was courteous and professional without being cold, and as a customer I am very happy with how he handled what turned out to be a difficult part need.

Item said clear as day on website IN STOCK so I placed my order for pickup cause it was in my city only to call & be told item is OUT OF STOCK now i have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund BAD BUSINESS

We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. Our inventory is accuracy is over 99%, but that does not make a difference when the part you are looking for is not in the bin.

Sent my surround sound system to sony for in warranty repair. They sent it to encompass they said 10 days to repair. Took 3 weeks finally got it back and they said they tested it for hours and there was no issue. The second I hooked it up and turned something on it started doing the exact same thing. Will never use them again and having to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because sony only works with them.

Purchased a complete transmission for a Maytag washer that lasted for 10 years, new one failed in less than six months and warranty is only 90 days. Might be an okay company but the part they sold me is junk.

Today I was in a pinch and needed to get some particular parts quickly. I called Encompass and spoke with a guy by the name of Derrek. Thank you, Derek for your “Can Do” Attitude and willingness to see the order through. We will definitely be opening a business account with Encompass for future purchases and I would say the bulk of the reason is because of the great customer service we received from Derrek today.

She was understanding of my situation and went to work to find the exact part I wanted. She sent me a text message with a photo of the part and cost to verify.
