The remote for my TV no longer works. Call for a replacement and had Toni Abad to handle request. She was excellent and very patient. Loved the way she went through all the steps.
She is a very sweet person loved working with her. She is the type of person that anyone would enjoy working with.

Simon is a wizard! I was having difficulty finding a part for my failing Samsung refrigerator because all of the online references for my model had erroneous part references. After research I found my way to Simon and in just a few minutes he was able to find the correct part listings I needed to fix my Samsung refrigerator. Simon is the best and the information he provided me enabled me to save my Samsung refrigerator.

Garbage support, your AI systems is a joke. Your agents just transfer me around then hang up. I've been calling for weeks to get a replacement part. You really don't understand how to provide a decent customer experience. I'm surprised LG has partnered with you. Do better.
