Sent my surround sound system to sony for in warranty repair. They sent it to encompass they said 10 days to repair. Took 3 weeks finally got it back and they said they tested it for hours and there was no issue. The second I hooked it up and turned something on it started doing the exact same thing. Will never use them again and having to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because sony only works with them.

Purchased a complete transmission for a Maytag washer that lasted for 10 years, new one failed in less than six months and warranty is only 90 days. Might be an okay company but the part they sold me is junk.

Thank you, Derek for your “Can Do” Attitude and willingness to see the order through. There was a replacement part that I needed but is no longer being made, and a very helpful employee named Zyra was kind enough to find me another one that was compatible. The product didn’t explicitly state compatibility, but she went through the trouble to find one that would work for me. Extremely timely and helpful response, I have nothing but good things to say.

I had gone through the website and found the part I was needing to replace ice maker. Part came quickly, but ended up being the wrong part, probably my fault. After a bit of a wait on the phone, I got Ann who was so helpful and friendly. She found the part I needed, ordered it quickly, and after asking if I had any questions, I asked how to return the part I had already bought. She quickly found the order, then set up the return for me. All I had to do was print the label she sent me. Thank you Ann!
