I ordered an oven door replacement and the wrong door was sent. I called customer service and spoke with Toni Abad. She was so incredibly helpful and easily walked me through the return process. She then went above and beyond by finding the door I actually needed and sent me a diagram specifying the specific part number. Excellent customer service on her part!
