Everyone was very friendly, and happy to give lots of tips and information. My dental hygienist, Cynthia, was very gentle and detail oriented. Perfect combo for the job! Dr K was also warm and knowledgeable. Would def recommend this office!
I wanted to change dentists and find someone more local to where I live and came across Dr Kay and Encino Friendly Dental Center. Great reviews, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was great, very polite and efficient. When I went for my appointment, the staff were very welcoming. After I filled out the necessary info, Grace called me in and took x-rays, she was very methodical and gentle. Explaining everything as she went. After the x-rays Dr Kay came in and introduced herself and we discussed my dental history. She then gave me an examination, Dr Kay was very thorough, gentle and explained what she was doing. She then advised me about the issues I had mentioned as well as her overall opinion of my dental health. After the examination, she spoke with the receptionist and they gave me a detailed treatment plan and cost. We then set up a follow-up appointment. I was very impressed with the treatment I received and would highly recommend Dr Kay and her team. They also validate your parking and I received a handwritten Thank You note from Dr Kay which I was very touched by. I'm very happy to have found Dr Kay and her team.
Truly glad to have found this dental office. A good honest dentist and service is hard to come back. These are our teeth for life! With that being said, exceptional team and service here. Punctual, honest and trustworthy. Thanks team (everyone!) for helping me get back on track and this year of service, from front desk to the treatment rooms! Best, highly recommend.
