Doctor is patient, gentle and kind however the office staff is about as bad as it gets. If you want to get constantly harassed by staff who have no idea how do do their job properly then please visit this office. Even after canceling an appointment they still harass you about missing your canceled appointment and will try to charge you 75.00. I have the entire canceled appointment confirmation via text yet they still attempt to charge additional fees. They were unable to work with my insurance company and requested that I figure things out with my insurance directly which I was easily able to do. I would rather get a tooth extracted than have to deal with such incompetent staff ever again.

Hi Tony, sorry for your bad experience at enamel. The software that we use for appointment booking did not alert us of your cancellation. We value our patients having a good experience at our practice along with good dental care. We don't double book our schedule so patients don't wait and have the full focus of our providers and that is why we charge a cancellation fee. Of course, we did not charge you and our practice will continually try to improve.

The doctors here are excellent, but dealing with the front desk was an absolute nightmare.
First, I drove all the way to my appointment only to have it canceled because they couldn’t “find” my insurance information. On my way back, I ended up having to call my insurance myself and merge the call with their staff — just to prove my coverage was active. This should’ve been handled by them in advance, not pushed onto patients.
When I rescheduled, I called ahead to confirm the fees. One of the front desk staff told me specific amounts, which I even wrote down. But when I came in, they charged me a completely different (and much higher) price. They kept insisting the new amount was correct, even though it didn’t match what I was told.
The medical care itself is great, but the front desk made the entire process stressful, confusing, and not worth the hassle.

I'm sorry we weren't able to verify your insurance. We deal with 100s of insurances and sometimes when patients have out of state insurance companies they are harder to verify. Providers also have a different phone number than clients. Insurance companies are always more favorable to patients because they are the clients.
The cost of treatment was the same from the total treatment plan that was given to you during the first appointment. I'm sorry for the miscommunication during one of your appointments. More work was done at that appointment than the receptionist knew about and that is why a lower number was given to you. But the total on the next appointment was less than what you thought so the total cost was the same as was quoted during your initial visit.

I have never experienced such outstanding dentistry in my entire life. Every single aspect of my treatment with Dr. Sonja Britz was perfect — from start to finish.
She performed a root canal for me, and not only was the operation flawless, but the entire experience was comfortable, reassuring, and absolutely world-class. Dr. Sonja Britz is on another level — it’s incredible to witness someone who has truly mastered their talent and skill.
The facility itself is excellent, but Dr. Britz made the experience phenomenal. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Enamel, for me, is the new gold standard of what I will expect from a dental office going forward. Immaculate, warm, inviting, honest, quality care, good vibes and affordable.
This is what dentistry used to feel like 20 years ago. Katie, my hygienist, was thorough and funny. Dr. K took care of a hole in an implant I got elsewhere years ago…free of charge! He understands that you invest in relationships instead of focusing on $$$.
You guys earned a patient for life and I will send everyone I know.
Wonderful Dentist and Dental Office including all the Staff. I would give them 10 Stars. The Dentist is always so wonderful and kind and he takes his time to make sure that your doing well and if anything is bothering you regarding your teeth or gums or bite.
