Garage door repair.
Following a minor accident which slightly dented some of the garage door slats, the door became stuck half-open. I phoned Emsworth Garage Doors who immediately contacted a team of their engineers working in the area. They soon arrived and made the door secure but inoperable until new slats could be obtained.
Within a matter of days, a full repair was carried out by two courteous, careful and efficient engineers. This has returned the door to its “as new” function and looks. Very pleased.
Had our new garage doors fitted today, and very pleased with both the doors and the service. From the original measure-up and quote, through to the updates of manufacture and installation timings, the product knowledge and communication was great. The new doors themselves were fitted in an hour (including removal of our old door and fittings), are very good quality, and look great. And the price was considerably cheaper than the national firm from whom I obtained a second quote (despite their “discount”).

Polite and friendly fitters. Excellent communication from John in advance. Really pleased with the result. A couple of dimples and small scratch on the plastic finishing strips, which you cannot immediately see without closer inspection (and I didn't notice until after installation) is the only reason for deducting a mark for quality.

I was replacing my garage door with a roller door (rather than an up and over). I've used Emsworth Garage Doors successfully before, albeit 20 years ago, and called them again. They came quickly and explained the process and product clearly. They then did exactly what they said they would do . The workmanship was first class, the fitters very pleasant, and the site left clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I would highly recommend this company. Good communication throughout the whole process, knowledgeable when advising what doors to have and fitted a quality product at a competitive price. The companies fitters were also friendly and efficient with reassurances to just call if I experienced any issues with the doors (which I have not).
