You often only find out how good a company is after they have taken your money. This is when you discover how much they really care about you as a customer and how much they care about doing a good job. I am delighted to say that by this measure, Emsworth Garage Doors are top-notch. About six months after they fitted my door, one of the straps that helps to raise and lower the door decided to break itself in the freezing weather. They sent round a team to fix the door within a matter of days, and as well as fixing the problem at-hand, the team did a couple of extra bits to make the installation even better: 1. They adjusted the mechanism it so it now rolls up further than before 2. They straightened the trip piece at the top of the frame, which would occasionally scrape against the door, so there is no chance of it scraping at all In my view, paying attention to the details like this is what makes the difference between ‘good’ and ‘excellent’. The team didn't have to do these additional bits; and I didn't ask them to; but they cared enough to do them, and that is why I felt compelled to write this review. Every stage from selecting the right door, colour and finish brought immediate and helpful responses. We are very pleased with the new door, which actually replaced one fitted by the same company over 30 years ago.

Had a5 metre up and over electric door , wanted to replace with electric roller shutter had several quotes but all raised potential issues and my confidence with them waned, I contacted John who had previously fitted a door at another property for me , he came to my address , he knew exactly what I was after including removal of existing door frame and to mount the mechanism on the outside because of limited inside height, I was impressed that he listened and explained all possibilities. I placed a order , about 4 weeks later his team arrived, day one they prepared the opening , day two they removed the old door and fittings and fitted new door ,excellent guys , old door and associate rubbish removed , site clean and tidy , very pleased with end product highly recommended

Excellent service again. I honestly can not fault this company, their service is excellent as is their response times. We requested a service on our secure glide door, they organised an appointment that suited me. The service was done efficiently and excellently. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
