After submitting an empty property photo and information about its whereabouts, while on my dog walks, I was pleased to get an acknowledgment within a day or two.. followed by an email to say that the property was in fact empty and had been so for over 12 months. Sent my very first empty house photos to Empty House Hunters and very surprised and delighted to receive an email confirming that the property was indeed empty and to send my bank details for be paid my, as promised, £20 finders reward. Simon had this put in my bank not even 30 minutes later. I was amazed and keeping my fingers crossed that it goes on to be sold and I get a lovely reward. Thank you Simon, and will definitely be keeping my eyes open for more empty properties.

Great concept and easy to submit properties. I already go for walks in different areas of my town with my little one and if we spot an empty property, we submit, which takes seconds. We've submitted 3 properties so far and 2 have met the requirements, receiving £20 for those. Jonathan and team have kept me up-to-date on status of the properties. See a potentially empty property, take a picture, submit details via WhatsApp. Its that simple. Highly recommend.

So far, so good. Sent three properties. One was already known about. The second I got £20 within days, the third has just been uploaded. So fingers crossed a sale goes through and I do believe Empty Property Hunters, when they say you get a % of the sale. Can't fault it so far. I have dealt with Letia and Simon, both seem sound.
