We have been working with them for over 10 years; reconfiguring our master bath, updating our laundry area and two other guest bathrooms. They are meticulous in everything they do, constantly checking in with us throughout each project to ensure to highest standards and quality of work. We recently used Empire Construction to remodel our house, including our Laundry room, office, and storage room. This project involved flooring, painting, custom cabinetry, and plumbing. We have used them in the past for a large remodel of our kitchen, dining and family room, so we felt comfortable with them as a contractor. Their workmanship is topnotch and their pricing is fair. I am willing to pay a bit more for a job well done and done on time. Empire does not cut corners, all materials are top of the line. Jeanne is an excellent designer and we love working with her on the design elements of all our projects.

We used Empire Home Remodeling for a large scale remodel of our kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors, paint, stairway refresh and whole house carpeting after seeing what a great job they did at a neighbor's house. From the initial meeting to final cleanup, I was impressed with not only the fact that they stayed on time and on budget, but even more importantly their workmanship was impeccable. I was grateful for the time taken on the detailed millwork, and loved the crew that became like family for the six weeks they were at our house working! Love these people and would recommend the company to anyone!

We used Empire on a bathroom remodel about five years ago. It was a major project - moving walls, a full closet, then the bathroom itself. I can say, five years on, that hiring Empire was the best decision we could have made. All of their work has stood the test of time. Every single person that works for this company is amazing, from the framers to their tile guy.. every detail was attended to with fastidious detail. We could not have been happier with their work.

Empire Home Blg is by far the best remodeling contractor in the business & I should know since I am a retired contractor. Not only were they "on time & on budget", We got a daily report showing (sometimes via video) the progress; where we were with the budget & what would happen the next day. This was a total remodel while we were living in another state. I can't speak highly enough of the owner and her field crew. Everything went without a hitch. Why? All materials were ordered and in their warehouse before the job was started. Her subcontractors and her labor force have been with her for years. What more could you ask for.

All of the extensive remodeling done by Empire was of exceptional quality. Total kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, all carpeting, indoor painting including extensive millwork, front doors, lighting throughout, stairwell, laundry room and walk-in closet: it all is gorgeous, done during Covid times and despite that, it was still on time and within budget. Mrs. Barker is an exceptionally talented person, whom I highly recommend. Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I no longer feel that the company is able to manage well under the post covid circumstances. I had very disturbing experiences on a remodel done with little to no engagement of the owner. My initial praise was fully deserved but my less than happy experiences on the second big remodel warrant my taking away stars.

Overall, I had a good experience with Empire Home Remodeling. Besides the price how could one complain, . They warranty their work as well as fixed any mishaps that may occur. My roof was in pretty bad shape and a worker stepped thru, all fixes were included as well as painting. Truly appreciate the prompt responses from the office personal and the work crew.
