Empire Casting House is the epitome of professionalism! We have used them countless times over the course of the last 15 years (which is 100s if not 1000s of jewelry pieces) and from CAD design to finished piece the process has been not only been absolutely seamless and stress-free, but the finished piece is ALWAYS perfect, making us look amazing to our clients! John and his team are always very responsive and adapt quickly when the scope of a project changes. Even in our South Florida location, we have ZERO worries when working with Empire!

Met the owner online and discussed some services. He was super helpful and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. He went out of his to help me with an issue I was having. I tried compensating him for his time and he refused. Empire cast house even followed up with me after I recieved the product to see my results and to see if they helped me with progress. This is a great and friendly casting service, from pre-service, products, and post-service. Couldn't ask for an overall better experience.

I Have worked with John and Selina, and David since the inception of empire casting. As with any project there will be times when communication is critical. I cannot say enough about the mentality that john possesss to seamlessly help thru any project that requires special attention to detail!

After 10 years of casting with many different places I’ve finally found a house that I can not only trust but that I can actually do every type of project with, for sure they are the most modern and up to date casting house in the district.
Being so picky and particular I would normally have to go to many places depending on the metal I am casting. It’s a relief to know that empire has the correct process in place for everything that I need, and I mean everything they are truly a full service one stop shop.
