I loved working with Andy and Vitaliy as they renovated our Flordia house. They were very attentive and timely with their work. They did an excellent job. Every time I called or needed to get in touch with them they got back with me within minutes. They are honest, hard-working, , enjoyable men to work . Any subcontractor that they had coming into my house also was very respectful and friendly. Empire Builders came highly recommended to me by a good friend. I can easily pass on that high recommendation. I'm Very pleased with their work.

Andy was very easy to work with. He was very thorough, quick to address questions, and did a great job communicating. The workmanship of his entire crew was outstanding. I am a fussy person. I really like things "just so" and I was not disappointed in any aspect of the remodel. I am so happy I chose this company. From demolition to a squeaky clean delivery, they were excellent. Some companies over-promise and under-deliver. Based on my experience, I would say that Empire Builders and Remodeling will exceed your expectations!

We had a great experience working with Empire Builders & Remodeling. Andy Novenko and Vitaliy Dukan were very budget-friendly and transparent with pricing from start to finish. Throughout the project, they were extremely flexible with changes and adjustments, and none of those changes caused delays, which was huge for us.
Communication was excellent the entire time, we were always kept in the loop, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

Empire Builders , what an outstanding, honest and accommodating builder.
We’ve used them for two major projects. First our outdoor kitchen that we simple showed them a picture and they hit a home run.
Our second was renovating the interior of our home. We totally opened up the inside.. Smoothed walls, removed walls, all plumbing, lighting, fixtures, a bar room and a TV wall that was custom made from a picture! Also very much apart of our new kitchen and countertop installation. It is a statement piece! It is now our dream home! Andy and Vitaly and the other Vitality who did our TV wall are just the best, upstanding, professional, there are others, the plumbers, electricians, their entire team are due praise. They are accommodating, extremely easy to work with and trustworthy. They did our renovation without us being in town. We chose them because we knew we could trust them. A six month project, we communicated over the phone and FaceTime and I’d do it all over again.
A project this size, expect hiccups but any problems were readily resolved from start to finish. They want you to be happy, honestly. You do yourself a disservice to not at least sit down with them and I promise you, you will not be disappointed! What a blessing and we’re very grateful. Thank you Empire Builders!!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have worked with Andrey (Andy) Novenko and his team to remodel our home. We were packed up and ready to head to our home in Michigan for the summer when the contractor we were planning to use for gutting our house and remodeling it decided he was too busy. Empire was recommended through the friend of a friend, and we are ecstatic with the results. The price quote was within $1,000 of the previous bids and was very fair in today’s market.
Here are the benefits of working with Empire:
Great communication: Andy let us know on a daily basis who would be coming to work on the house and what time they would be there. Communication long distance was easy with Andy providing photos to show us the work being done. He was always available (even on weekends) and responded promptly.
Attention to detail: We are fussy with our expectations and Empire Builders went above and beyond. Andy kept us informed of upcoming projects and items needed (paint colors, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc.). He worked with us when the inevitable delays occurred, or we changed our mind. All the work was meticulous…the painter stayed until 9:00 one night to ensure every inch was covered with paint!
Timeliness: Andy provided a timeline from demolition to completion and always kept the project on schedule. We never had a day/week where the project was idle. We gutted the entire inside of our house and they put it back together in about 5 months.
Fantastic crew(s): Every person that worked on our house was punctual, personable, worked the entire time they were here, asked pertinent questions when necessary and made helpful suggestions.
There are no reasons not to work with Empire Builders. We have recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

Empire Builders & Remodeling LLC thought it was a good idea to set trusses and install some plywood to one of their projects nearby a few days before Hurricane Ian.
Plywood turned it to missles and severely damaged several homes in the area including my own.
Hurricane protocols for builders typically is to not set trusses, decking or install block and to clean up job sites among other things.
Decision-making is questionable to say the least with this builder.
